Order Status
You can check the status of your order by clicking the “View Your Order” button in your order confirmation email.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking to the email address you entered at the time of purchase.
Presale Items
If the item you purchased is from a Pre-sale, please see the product page for details on when the order will ship.
Pre-sale items cannot be exchanged, only returned for refund or store credit in accordance with our return policy.
Shipping
Non pre-sale orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped within 5 business days from the date of purchase. We ship with USPS First Class and Priority Mail, where you can track your goods easily online. An email will be sent to you containing the tracking number once your order has shipped.

Domestic (within the US) orders are usually delivered within 5 business days from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email.
International (outside the US) orders can often take 7 - 28 days to be delivered, depending on your country. We appreciate your patience!
All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. Payments of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by any payments made on this site. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Returns / Exchanges
Can I return my order?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you received the wrong size/color/product or damaged product and want a refund or to exchange it for another size/color/product, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it. Product must be unworn and unwashed for an exchange or refund.
Follow the below steps to process a return or exchange:
Email info@locals-apparel.com with your order number and reason for return.
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the goods. For all other situations, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Package the unworn, unwashed items, with original tags, securely in the original product packaging, whenever possible.
Affix the appropriate postage on the return package and mail it through your preferred postal carrier.
How will I be refunded?
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment and the same credit or debit card as the original purchase. We will process the refund as soon as your returned items are received. The funds can take up to 5 business days to credit back to your account.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
